Can I Return My Order?

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your ONYA Eyewear product, please return it to us within 60 days of when it was delivered to you. We will gladly provide a refund, store credit or exchange if the product is in its original packaging and still in ‘as new’ condition.

Australian Returns

We are pleased to offer free returns Australia-wide. To start the return process, please contact us at info@onyaeyewear.com.au.

  1. Contact us at info@onyaeyewear.com.au to request a return.

  2. Provide the requested order and return information.

  3. Use the Australia Post return slip we provide to repackage the item.

  4. Drop the package off at your nearest Australia Post branch.

US Returns

All return requests should be submitted by contacting us at info@onyaeyewear.com.au.

US customers who have opted into return shipping protection or an equivalent service at checkout may be entitled to free return shipping, depending on the terms of that service.

Customers who are not covered by return shipping protection are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

International Returns

Please note that for returns outside of Australia and the US, the cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer.

What if My ONYA Eyewear Product Is Damaged?

All ONYA Eyewear products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against faulty products.

Whilst at ONYA Eyewear we pride ourselves on having the highest standard of durability built into everything we produce, we do not cover lens scratches, wear and tear, mishandling or abuse.
